The Global Ethics Forum (www.globethics.net/web/gef) is a yearly multi-stakeholder and international conference that not only brings together actors and activists from various parts of the world but also takes initiatives for common actions.
The fruitful collaboration with the Alliance for Responsible and Sustainable Societies led to:
a collection of case studies on professional ethics dilemmas (www.globethics.net/web/eb-case-studies/overview?layoutPlid=4297674) related to different economics fields but especially regarding the responsibility of managers. The collection contains 130 case studies.
Globethics.net built and maintains a global mapping of actors involved in ethics and responsibility. The database results were presented the first time at the Bergerie Seminar “Ethics and Responsibility” in November 2011. The Directory of Ethics and Responsibility (www.globethics.net/web/ge/network/search-the-directories/directory-of-ethics-and-responsibility) is a unique online database of actors, namely institutions and organizations, involved in ethics and responsibility. It is available online, for free and you can search by subject, by geographical location and sector of activity. Through 2014 and 2015, a Collection of Code of Ethics (www.globethics.net/web/codes-of-ethics/overview) has been developed with the aim to provide access to a comprehensive online collection of code of ethics (professional, organizational, sectoral) as well as to the theoretical issues relating to the nature of code of ethics. To help enrich this collection further please send us any new code of ethics documents or links you find (contact: infoweb@globethics.net)
Through the Globethics.net Newsletter (www.globethics.net/web/ge/news/ge-newsletter/current) shared each month with more that 150’000 people and institutions, Globethics.net informs and supports the activities and efforts of the Alliance for Responsible and Sustainable Societies.
