Brexit has given rise to a radically new situation in Europe, calling for a radically new initiative – that of a European Foundational Assembly.

This piece outlines the purpose of such an Assembly and the processes involved, focussing on the following points:

  2. A two-phase Foundational Assembly, first local, then European
